I have a question about what is considered heads up in texas hold 'em poker.
Assume there are four players in the hand and three of the four is all in and there is one person left to call the all in. Since it states that in heads up you may expose the cards would that be considered heads up because it's the all in players against the one person left to call? Or does heads up simply means 2 players? If so why do they say when multiple players are in the hand and all of them are all in they say everyone is heads up?
